The Lodge at Jackson Hole Welcomes Jackson Hole Marathon Runners

The second annual Jackson Hole Marathon will be taking place on September, 23 2012 at 7:30am. This fantastic event is being hosted by Dreamchasers, an organization dedicated to helping people become more physically fit, The Town of Jackson Hole, the Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce and Teton Village, Wyoming. The start time for this Jackson Hole event is 7:30 on Saturday morning and the start gate will be located in the center of town. A half-marathon will also be running that day its starting place will be at a different area of the marathon path, but all racers will be completing the track at the Teton Village finish line. Teton Village will also be the home of all of the post-marathon activities including a sure-to-be stellar performance from Mandatory Air featuring the Miller Sisters. Families are welcome to join race participants at the finish line and enjoy all of the fun post-race festivities.

This outstanding event in Jackson Hole is highly anticipated by the runners as well as the city itself. Those who have never run a marathon in the west before are encouraged to join as the beginning of the fall season is a perfect time to visit Jackson Hole.
