The race is on a thigh-burning banked slalom course that is as exciting to race as it is to watch. This year’s events are taking place over two weekends. Skiers will be going on March 1-3 with the qualifiers on Saturday and the finals on Sunday.  Snowboards will follow the next weekend, March 8-10. There are typically several different age and experience classes including two children/teenage divisions. There will be prize money for the pros division and belt buckles for the winners in the amateurs division. This annual event draws big crowds and is always exhilarating to watch.
