Our Favorite Dining Destinations for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

Sure, Jackson Hole is known for skiing and snowboarding in the winter, hiking and hunting in the summer, but a favorite year-round sport in our town is eating. As the restaurants and watering holes are now open again, we want to share our favorite places to eat near the hotel.

If you are visiting Jackson, chances are you are planning a few adventures. Whether it is a day of shopping or skiing, you will need to fill up on a good breakfast to start the fun and endure the exploration. We have a wonderful complimentary daily breakfast buffet, but we won’t get mad if you branch out a few days for breakfast.

Persephone Bakery

Known for great coffee, artisanal breads and pastries, Persephone has two locations in town and is frequented by locals and tourists alike. They are very busy for breakfast, especially on weekends, so don’t forget to get there early or even call ahead to make reservations.

Cafe Genevieve Restaurant

Less than a block from Jackson’s Town Square, Cafe Genevieve serves up home cooked classics in a historic log cabin. The Southern-inspired menu includes fried chicken and waffles, biscuits with Cajun gravy, and much more. Even if you sleep in one morning you can still catch brunch because it is served everyday (yes, that’s right) until 3 pm.

Dornan’s Chuckwagon

If you’re in a hurry to get to Grand Teton or Yellowstone National Parks, you can always stop by Dornan’s Chuckwagon, just outside of Jackson in Moose, Wyoming. Check out their cowboy-sized breakfast menu which includes delicious all-you-can-eat sourdough pancakes made from scratch. On top of that, the view of Grand Teton and the rest of the mountain range makes this a beautiful breakfast location.

After a morning hike, give your body what it needs or simply break up the day with a tasty snack from one of our superb local lunch spots. Sidenote: if you will be adventuring all day, we also provide Box Lunches to take with you on your adventures or to picnic in the parks. All you have to do is order at our front desk the day before.
