Cancellation and Refund Policy
For most reservations, our Standard Policy permits cancellations without penalty until 14 days prior to 4:00 PM MST of the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations or “no-shows” that occur after that time will be charged the full contracted amount of the reservation. If booked within stated cancellation policy, the reservation is non-refundable. Please note that there may be stricter cancellation rules for: different seasons, third-party reservations, special rates, and special events. Please refer to your reservation details or call the hotel with any cancellation related questions.
Changes to reservations are considered cancellations and re-bookings. If a reservation does not fulfill and/or comply with agreed upon terms and conditions (for example checking out earlier than scheduled departure date, checking in later than scheduled arrival date, changing room types, etc.), reservation will be charged the full contracted amount, and may be subject to additional fees.
Pet Policy
For a nightly pet fee of $50 per room we allow up to two pets per room, each pet no larger than 40 pounds. We know your pets can do no wrong, nonetheless, we do not allow pets to be left in our rooms unattended. If you require pet daycare services in our area, ask our front desk team to assist you.
Additional Charges
- Children under 14: Free with accompanied adult (rollaway beds are not available; cribs are available at no additional charge on a first come, first served basis)
- More than 2 adults: $30.00 per extra adult, per night
- Late Checkout – subject to availability and additional fees
- Parking included in resort fee
- Resort Fee: $30.00 per night. Included in the grand total of reservation.
