Does the hotel have a restaurant?
Our dining room provides a complimentary breakfast from 7 AM to 10 AM daily. For dinner, craft cocktails, and bar bites, visit our Fireside Lounge, open daily from 4 PM to 10 PM.
What are the general policies?
Rates are based on the information provided at time of confirmation. Children 13 and under stay free. Upon arrival anyone over 14 not on the original reservation will be charged $30 per person per night plus tax. All accommodations are non-smoking and pet free. Violation of these restrictions will result in a minimum $250 deep cleaning fee. Late checkout/early check-in requests are based on availability and are subject to an additional fee.
Due to our resort location, we strictly adhere to our deposit and cancellation policies. To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance to protect your investment in the event of unexpected circumstances or weather which would impede travel to the hotel.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation within 48 hours of arrival will result in 100% penalty of your stay.
Does the hotel offer room service?
Yes, you can order from our Fireside Lounge directly to your guest room nightly from 4 PM to 10 PM.
Is there complimentary breakfast?
Yes, there is complimentary breakfast with your stay!
Does the hotel offer housekeeping?
Stay-over service is provided daily for every room. If you do not wish to have housekeeping, please hang your do not disturb sign outside before you leave for the day.
How close are you to the Town Square?
We are centrally located just a 5-minute drive from Town Square.
Is there a pool at the hotel?
Yes, our property features an indoor/outdoor heated pool, open from 8 AM to 10 PM, along with two hot tubs—one indoors and one outdoors.
